MicroMax is a sole proprietorship operated by Sawyer in the United States.
What you buy. A made-to-order, static, full-color 3D-printed figure of one real person or one real pet, plus optional stand and US shipping.
Pay first. Work starts after payment has cleared.
Custom / no returns. All sales are final. Email sawyer@themicromax.com within 7 days of delivery if the physical print is defective. Sawyer may reprint once at sole discretion. Change of mind and “not a perfect likeness” are not defects.
Likeness. Artistic interpretation, not an exact replica.
Photos. You grant a limited license to use photos only to make and deliver your figure. We do not sell or reuse them for ads. We delete photos when production is done, when practical.
Your promise. You have the right to the photos. Real person or real pet. Not copyrighted/fictional. Not a celebrity. Not under 18 unless you are the parent/guardian.
US only. Liability limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We collect name, email, US address, photos, order details, and Stripe payment identifiers. Used to make and ship your figure and email status. We do not sell personal information. Stripe covers card data.
